Build a strong immune system, take less sick days, and get rid of your kid’s year round runny nose.

You are so tired of staying up all night because one of the kids has a fever.

To-do lists are long enough, but everything seems to go so much slower when someone has a cold or flu

You are tired of finding kleenex all over your clothes in the drier

Getting a cold or flu is practically a fact of life, but I know more then anything, you just want to have a good time with your kids and hubby without the exhausting to-list that comes with caring for someone with a cold.

As a holistic nutritionist and a mom of a baby and a toddler I totally get it!

For the past 4 years, I’ve either been pregnant, nursing or both and it felt like every over the counter medication came with it’s own set of warnings. Sometimes, I wouldn't take anything because I honestly didn't know what was safe anymore. My second child got sick more often than my first ever did as a baby mainly because his older brother kept bringing everything home from daycare.

I really had to find other safe ways to support myself and my little baby and my toddler bodies. Through my education as a holistic nutritionist and experience I’ve learned a trick or two on how to tackle a cold or flu.

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • Maybe you are pregnant with your second child and you catch every cold your oldest brings home from school.
  • You need to find safe ways to support your baby during a cold or flu.
  • If you are nursing your baby, you are annoyed of every bottle saying “consult with your family doctor if pregnant or nursing”.
  • You cringe at the thought of asking for “permission” from your boss to stay home because the kids are sick again and you can’t send them to school
  • You send your kid to school, praying that they won't notice she has a fever ... and then spend the rest of the day feeling like the worst mom ever.
  • It feels like you get a week's break then someone else is sick again.
  • You cringe at how expensive it’s becoming to fill up your medicine cabinet with baby, kids, teen, adult, daytime, nighttime, non-drowsy, versions of each type of medicine.
  • You can’t decide what’s worse, everyone in the family catching a cold at the same time, or one after the other.
  • Giving your baby and kids OTC medication does quite feel right but you’re just not sure what else is safe that can make them feel better.
  • You are tired of catching everything your kids bring home.

If this sounds like the worries of your busy mom life, you are in the right place!

Did you know that kids can get anywhere from 5 to 7 colds a year? For toddlers under 2 years old, that number can go up to 10 colds a year. Yikes! If the school year is 8 months long, that means for about 1 to 2 weeks each month, you’ll be spending caring for your sick child. Most adults catch about 2 to 4 colds a year and possibly more if the kids keep bringing home those bugs!

And what about you? The truth is, that when you are living a go-go life, are sleep-deprived, and under-nourished, you’re bound to get a cold or flu more often. And when you do, it’s one thing to call in sick at work, but you can’t call in sick to your family. There’s still mouths to feed, toes to clean, and bedtime stories to tell. You simply don’t have time to “be sick”.

I’m Ana-Maria, a mom of 2 boys and a holistic nutritionist. I teach moms a no-nonsense approach to making the best health decisions for their babies, kids and for their families.

Wouldn't it be nice if we can minimize the number of times a cold or flu comes over for a visit? And how great would it be if we knew what to do to bounce back quickly?

When your baby or young child catch a cold, all your well planned calendar come to a screeching halt. It takes up all of your time and energy to care for them. We worry about how they are feeling, if we are doing the best we can for them, and wonder about what they need next. The truth is that you’ll do whatever it takes to get them healthy again.

Over the counter medications can be helpful by masking the symptoms but most have questionable ingredients and in general we are not always sure if they are even safe to take. There’s a whole other world of natural remedies, but it’s overwhelming and you’re not sure what other remedies are safe to use and when.

Want to know what's missing?

When you know how the immune system works you are 100000% more confident on what natural remedies to use to help the body heal [okay I’m exaggerating, but you get my point].

And when you support the immune system to have less frequent colds or flus, amazing things will happen to your family’s health.

Imagine ...

A healthy family ... One where you are ready with a natural medicine cabinet and even your kids know the “get well” routines

Spending quality time with your family and feeling as energized as a busy mom can be.

Being able to use the right natural remedies alongside of over the counter medication to draw on the advantages of both approaches

Not worrying if you have enough sick days or scramble to get someone to watch the kids

Your babies and kiddos having less frequent colds and fight them off quicker

But you only get these kinds of results if you are willing to invest in your family’s health, the same ways you pour your heart and soul in caring for them.

Sniffles, Sneezes, and Stuffy Noses
The year long guide for the whole family to survive the cold and flu.

During this 4 part course, you’ll learn how to look after your family’s most precious asset, your health!

I created this course from the perspective of someone who couldn’t always take OTCs and married nutrition and age old practices to help alleviate symptoms and boost your immune system naturally.

Here’s an outline of what I’ll be covering:

  • In Module 1: The immune System you will understand how your immune system works to help fight off those nasty bugs quicker. We also go over exactly when you need to go see the doctor.
  • In Module 2: What to do Before you get a Cold or Flu you will learn ways to build a strong immune system for babies, toddlers, kids and adults so that the whole family can get sick less often.
  • In Module 3: What to do During a Cold or Flu I share simple get well routines for you, your babies, and kids so that you can kick that cold’s butt. In here you’ll also find 12 simple and safe remedies and recipes to help fight off the cold or flu with ingredients you probably have on hand.
  • In Module 4: What to do After a Cold or Flu you will learn, why it’s important to ease into your regular daily routine and how to make sure we take care of any lingering symptoms.

Sniffles, Sneezes and Stuffy Noses is for busy moms who recognize that getting a cold is part of the “yearly” life, and need a powerful routine to follow to get their kids or themselves feeling better in no time.

At the heart of Sniffles, Sneezes and Stuffy Noses program, is the desire to empower you with the confidence to use natural remedies to strengthen your immune system and use over the counter medication only when needed.

I know you probably think that natural remedies don’t work because they don’t actually mask symptoms like over the counter medication do.

But here’s the thing.

What you may not realize is that some of those symptoms are signs that our immune system is working. And by constantly suppressing them, you are actually not allowing our immune system to do it’s job … and that means your body is working harder for longer to get over that cold!

And that’s why I teach you first how the immune system works so that you know exactly what to do to support it naturally and where you can strategically use over-the counter medication to feel better. Win-Win!

You don’t need to balance the competing advice of nutritionists and doctors.

You don’t have to navigate the time-consuming trial and error goes along with trying new remedies and wondering if they are working.

And you don’t have to ask for help in a random mommy facebook group.

Here’s what you get:

  • 4 Video Trainings
  • Downloadable Symptoms and "get well" routines
  • Downloadable "When to see the Doc" Reference Sheet
  • Downloadable Homemade Remedies and Recipes handouts

Want to hear what other moms had to say about working with me?

Jenn Mom to 2 snuggle bums

“When our four year old was diagnosed with ADHD in June of 2016, we felt lost. His symptoms were mild to moderate and we weren't given much guidance or advice other than to be consistent with discipline.

The months went on with little improvement and we began to look for additional strategies and methods to help our family cope.

I reached out to Ana for help in putting together a diet plan specific for ADHD. Our son is also a picky eater and we have struggled with getting him to eat healthy for some time.

Ana was eager to help and got to know our unique challenges by having us complete a questionnaire and speaking with me over the phone at a time that worked with my schedule. Ana answered all of my questions and provided me with recipes and food types that were good and bad for our son's symptoms.

Her suggestions on how to approach meal times and his picky eating were easy to implement and have worked wonderfully for our family. Our son went from not eating any vegetables at all to a boy who is willing to try almost anything. We discovered foods he loves that we never would have tried without Ana's suggestions.

Ana also helped us to understand supplements and how they could be helpful. I am happy to say we have been able to follow almost all of Ana's recommendations and have seen a huge improvement in our son.

Ana is a pleasure to work with. She understands each child and situation is unique and goes above and beyond to find what will work best for each family.

She puts people at ease by taking pressure off and encouraging to start slowly. She was always there to celebrate our wins and I truly feel she was as happy as we were with each success.

I highly recommend working with Ana and look forward to continuing to learn from her.

Ana Maria is my enciclopédia, my google and my bible for anything baby and holistic health related questions I have. I can always trust that any information provided by her has been thoroughly researched and I feel safe to apply her advices to my precious baby. The love and thoughtfulness that goes into anything she does is rare to find. I love her positive outlook and sweet way of always finding a solution that works for my family. Thank you Ana Maria for all the love and support you provide me and my baby!

Working with Ana-Maria has taught me to cook yummy meals with healthy food and how to listen to my body. I also like that I have less cravings now. Even after the detox I continue to make and eat the recipes. :o)

As I was going through a detox program with Ana, I enjoyed how simple the smoothies were and the recipe book gave great options. I could not believe how much energy I had being on this program!! I had continuous energy throughout the day and my weight loss was incredible.

Ana doesn't just give you a nutrition plan and send you off to fend for yourself after. This is a person that provides on-going support and advice, ready to help whenever it is most needed. I appreciate that she can emphasize with my own food struggles with a young child, having two kids of her own and passing on the knowledge from her personal experience to help her clients.

It's not easy taking care of our littles when they are under the weather and it certainly makes it harder when we catch everything they bring home.
Let me show you simple strategies you can do to boost your family's immune system.
